Molasses Pomegranate Sauce

Recently, I've been craving pomegranate and thought it would be fun to incorporate it into a meat dish. Hence, we ended up with quail legs with molasses pomegranate sauce.

It's a really quick sauce recipe and would lend well to other meats or even as a dressing.
